ORDERING
Are your products made to order?
Yes! Our products are made to order, which means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. This helps us reduce unnecessary waste and allows us to offer a wider range of designs and products.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders are sent to production shortly after being placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you've entered the wrong address. Address changes may be possible before your order enters production or shipping, but they are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We ship to a range of destinations internationally. Available shipping options and delivery times can vary depending on the product and your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Because our products are made to order, there is a production period before your order is shipped. Production generally takes around 2–7 business days, although this can vary depending on the product and time of year.
Shipping time is additional to production time. Your estimated delivery timeframe will be shown at checkout where available.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped and tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your package.
Why did my items arrive in separate packages?
Some orders may be fulfilled by different production facilities depending on the products you've purchased. This means items from the same order may occasionally arrive separately.
Do you offer express shipping?
Available shipping options depend on the product, destination and fulfillment provider. Any available options will be shown at checkout.
PRODUCTS & SIZING
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking the size guide on the individual product page before ordering. Measurements can vary between garments, so please don't rely solely on your usual size.
Will my shirt look exactly like the pictures?
We do our best to make our product images as accurate as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and the final printed product.
Are your products good quality?
We select products and printing options with quality, comfort and value in mind. Exact garment specifications can vary between products, so we recommend checking the individual product description for specific details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because our products are made specifically after an order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, colour or simply changing your mind.
We strongly recommend checking the size guide and product details before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or has a printing issue?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or with a printing issue, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the problem. We'll review the issue and work with our fulfillment provider to arrange an appropriate solution.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item you received. We'll look into the issue and work to get it resolved.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please double-check the size guide before ordering. Unfortunately, incorrect-size orders generally aren't eligible for a free replacement because the item was made specifically for your order.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Can I create my own T-shirt?
Absolutely! Our custom collection allows you to create something that's completely your own.
Can you help me with my design?
Yes! If you have an idea but aren't sure how to turn it into a finished design, get in touch with us and we'll see how we can help.
Can I use my own image or artwork?
Yes, provided you have the rights or permission to use the artwork. Please don't submit copyrighted or trademarked artwork that you don't have permission to use.
Can I order custom shirts for a group or event?
Absolutely! Custom designs are perfect for birthdays, events, clubs, teams, businesses and more. Contact us with what you're looking for and we'll help you work out the details.
